Role Overview
This dual-position role is based primarily on the shadow vessel, where you will live and perform your daily responsibilities. When owners or guests are onboard the mothership, you will transition to provide professional spa services as part of their luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments to owners and guests when required
- Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism, discretion, and warmth
- Support interior duties on the shadow vessel as part of the stewardess team
- Maintain spa equipment, treatment rooms, and product inventory
- Assist with yacht housekeeping and service tasks as needed
- Uphold program standards and contribute to a positive crew environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist
- Experience with lymphatic drainage techniques is a significant plus
- Previous superyacht or luxury hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal communication and guest-service approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented
