We are seeking a Sole Chef for a newly constructed 37m motor yacht based in the United Arab Emirates, with a cruising itinerary that includes worldwide destinations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating diverse menus and preparing meals for both charter guests and the owner, who is a respectful individual with a penchant for entertaining.
Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine is highly desirable, and candidates may have the opportunity to refine their skills in one of the owner’s restaurants in Dubai prior to the yacht's launch.
This permanent position requires flexibility and a proactive approach, as the chef will need to adapt to changes in the owner's schedule, which may include travel to villas in Ibiza and Mykonos during winter months.
