Summary
We are recruiting an Interior Manager - please note that the actual role and responsibilities correspond to a Cruise Director / Hotel Manager on board a 77m expedition vessel with an intensive charter program.
This is a senior guest-facing position suitable for candidates with strong leadership, hospitality management, guest experience coordination, and expedition-style operational background.

- 77m heavy-chartered expedition yacht
- Winter: Antarctic Ocean
- Summer: Indian Ocean

Contract & Benefits:
- Rotational contract 4:2 months

Requirements & Preferences:
- Previous experience as Cruise Director, Hotel Manager, Head of Service, Interior Manager, or similar senior guest-service leadership role
- Strong background in expedition, discovery, or explorer-type vessels is a major advantage
- Excellent guest communication, event planning, and service management skills
- Candidates with good longevity and solid contract history will be prioritised
- Ability to coordinate closely with Deck, Bridge, and Expedition teams during operations in remote regions
