We are looking for a motivated and reliable Deckhand to join a well-maintained 40m foreign-flagged yacht based in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and confident with all deck duties, including washdowns, line handling, tender operations, and general exterior maintenance.
Candidates must be professional, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic program operating between Florida and the Bahamas.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Deckhand on similar-sized vessels preferred
- Strong deck skills and tender-handling ability
- Positive attitude, good communication, and strong work ethic
- Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa or be American
