Itinerary: Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean
We are seeking a professional and motivated Chief Officer to join 55m motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be capable of stepping in as relief for the Captain when required.
Requirements
- Must have Master 500gt license (to be qualified to stand in for the captain if required).
- Minimum 3 years of yachting experience
- Charter experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards for service, vessel maintenance and crew conduct with a discreet and polished demeanor
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team toward shared objectives
- Experience overseeing safe manning, drills and safety management onboard
- Competency in bridge duties and admin/ISM paperwork
- Strong understanding of vessel maintenance schedules and requirements
- Must have valid B1B2 Visa or US Passport / legal authorization to work in the US
- Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Fluent in English
