REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an experienced Purser to join a busy private vessel operating on a dual-season itinerary. This position is not suitable for candidates looking to step up – solid, proven purser experience on large yachts is essential. Strong administrative, financial, and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to manage logistics, crew movements, and vessel administration with confidence.
About the Role: You’ll support the Captain and senior management team across all administrative, financial, and compliance duties while acting as a key link between the vessel, owners’ team, and management. This can be a fast-paced position when Owners are onboard, suited to someone who enjoys regularly shifting itineraries and staying ahead of the operation.
About You:
- Experienced Purser with previous, solid experience
- Highly organised, detail-orientated, able to manage a high-volume workload with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Fun to be around! Likes to laugh and see the fun side of unpredictable situations
- Comfortable working within a diverse multinational team
