A high-profile UHNW family in London is looking for a professional, energetic, and highly organised Family PA/Manny to support the daily life, routines, and development of a 10-year-old boy. This is a dual childcare and organisational role that requires someone confident, proactive, and able to bring structure, encouragement, and positive guidance.
This opportunity is ideal for a Male Nanny, Manny, Family PA, childcare professional, or youth mentor with experience supporting school-age children within busy, high-standard environments.
The Role
You will work as part of a fully staffed household, providing hands-on support, companionship, and routine management for the child, while also coordinating his schedule, activities, and logistics.
The position is rotational (3 weeks on / 3 off), with full commitment expected during on-shift periods.
Key Duties Include
- Providing daily support, supervision, and positive companionship
- Ensuring he is up, organised, and ready for school each day
- Coordinating with household staff (including Chefs) regarding meals
- Preparing simple breakfasts when needed
- Managing his social calendar: playdates, activities, appointments
- Assisting with events, birthdays, and family occasions
- Overseeing travel logistics and packing/unpacking when travelling
- Acting as a communication link with school, tutors, and relevant contacts
- Creating structure, maintaining routines, and anticipating needs
- Upholding strict confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Strong childcare background (Nanny, Manny, Governess, Family PA, youth support, or similar)
- Experience within UHNW or high-standard households is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with emotional awareness and a calm, positive approach
- Highly organised, able to multitask and work self-sufficiently
- Comfortable with an intensive live-in rotational schedule
- London-based or willing to travel as needed
