EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER
MUNICH, GERMANY
40 Hrs per week to include weekends and public holidays.
Essential Requirements: Professional housekeeping experience in UHNW Private residence, alternatively with yachting experience. Consistent longevity in previous positions is essential. Willingness to work at weekends and bank holidays. Driver with full licence, EU Passport essential. Confident IT skills. Languages required Fluent English and /or German. Strictly Non Smoker, high level of discretion, reliability and responsibility.
Proactive, independent, experienced housekeeper required for a private family at their main residence in Bogenhausen. The property is a new build with its own gardens, approx. 4,500 sqm including the gardens.
When the principals are in residence the working day is split into 2 shifts -08.00 to 13.00 and 18.00-21.00. There will be a team of 3 housekeepers working on rotation, reporting to the house manager.
Responsibilities
· Professional cleaning and care of high-end furnishings and fabrics.
· Exclusive laundry care – including delicate fabrics, silks, cashmere etc
· Care of high quality and special finishes – marble, granite, slate floors and parkette
· Supervision and coordination of external trades and contractors.
· Running errands – grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office, deliveries etc)
· Driving for household shopping.
This vacancy is a long term position.
Salary between 40,800 and 46,800 Euros NET per annum depending on previous experience. The salary includes an accommodation allowance. Longevity in previous positions and excellent references. Holidays 26 days per annum. Driver and non smoker essential. EU Passport. START DATE ASAP (HU4130)
