DAILY CHIEF STEWARD/ESS/ BUTLER
MONACO WITH TRAVEL
Essential Requirements: Previous private house or yacht experience, Fluent Russian with a good level of French and English, excellent service skills, strong communication and organisational skills. EU Passport.
An experienced Chief Steward/ess/Butler is required for a private family at their residence in Monaco. You will work alongside the house manager to ensure the smooth running of the household. You will be responsible for food and drink service, front of house, overseeing the housekeepers, and ensuring the workflow of all staff is running smoothly as well as adhering to any requests or tasks from the principal.
You will be working closely with a team of staff so it is essential that you are a team player. You will have a variety of duties including:
· Front of house, meeting and greeting guests, visitors, contractors, etc.
· Ensuring the household standards are consistently met including cleaning, maintenance, F&B service, table setting, laundry operations, etc.
· Care of flowers, plants, flower arrangements, floral decorations, including ordering and purchasing
· Care of the wine cellar
· Care of silver and service materials
· Care of fabrics, furniture and decorations
· Care of special objects, art, antiques, jewellery, etc.
· Care of shoes and accessories
· Ensure all electronic appliances including internet connections, phones, tablets, etc are functioning correctly.
· Manage orders of supplies and stock
· Running errands when required
· Take an active part in service for the family during dining time
This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week on a rota with flexibility. The family do spend time in Courchevel thus you must have the flexibility to travel. We require a self-sufficient, hardworking and diligent candidate for this position. Immediate start. Salary negotiable based on experience. (HU3998)
