Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Chief Officer to support the delivery of a new-build vessel on her maiden voyage. The ideal candidate will have solid experience leading navigational watches, along with a strong working knowledge of all bridge equipment and systems, including proven ECDIS proficiency. A high level of safety awareness, seamanship, and professionalism is essential.
The position requires a degree of flexibility, as the duration will be weather dependent, with an expected timeline of approximately 4–8 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vessel’s very first journey and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and successful passage.
The yacht has a newly formed crew, so we are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and works well within a team environment. Excellent references are essential.
