Summary
SOLE CHEF 35M PRIVATE MY
We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a newly launched 35m for the upcoming Caribbean season.
Summary:
- Lovely Captain onboard who has been with the owner for 10+ years!
- This is a seasonal role until May with high potential to be offered the position for next summer's Med season as long as things go well.
- You will have at least one year's of experience onboard a similar or larger sized vessel as well as restaurant background or culinary training.
- Presentation will be important to the owners when they have guests onboard so we are looking for a Chef who has evidence of beautifully crafted dishes.
- Away from this, they are not complicated with no dietaries - they often eat off of the vessel too.
- You will also be cooking for the crew, no dietaries or allergies currently onboard either.
Package:
- Salary is DOE but paid in euros and competitive.
- 60 days leave, with some flexibility if the Owners are not onboard.
- Start date will ideally be on the 1st of December, with a desire to arrange a trial for the end of this month if things align and are possible for all parties.
- B1B2 is advantageous but not essential.
