Chief Officer – 60m Motor Yacht (Private/Charter)
Florida / Caribbean/ Bahamas
We are seeking a hands-on, involved, hard-working Chief Officer for a busy 60m private/charter yacht. The program includes Florida/Caribbean/Bahamas cruising, and the occasional charter.
Great crew onboard, nice culture, looking for some that fits in well, is helpful, respectful and mature. Good mentor and role model to those around.

Role Highlights
- Lead all deck operations with a strong, present, hands-on approach
- Happy with beach setups, Watersports, BBQs, and all the fun activities.
- Manage tenders, and watersports operations
- Early mornings, busy days, max fun style
- Engaged in guest entertainment and ensure exceptional service standards
Requirements
- Chief Mate 3000GT - will consider a strong OOW
- Strong work ethic, stamina, and leadership
- Prior experience on 40m+ vessels; charter experience preferred
