Summary
We have a Fantastic Private 100m MY looking for a Deckhand to join them by 8th December.
They have completed their first season in the Mediterranean and are planning to travel over to the Caribbean for the winter. Plenty of trips have been booked in for the coming months so plenty of chance for sea time.
The right candidate will have around a years experience and will be confident with the basics.
There is a tight knit team onboard that love getting involved with crew activities including quizzes, theme nights etc.
The program is massive on nurturing crew and HODs will set individual targets for crew members and have 6 monthly reviews to assess progress.
There is also a great training allowance onboard for those who want to progress in the industry.
The program also has a 13th month bonus scheme.
