Summary
We are seeking a Chief Officer for a permanent position aboard a 64m motor yacht currently crossing to the Bahamas. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, managing deck operations, and supervising the crew to ensure high standards of safety and performance. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining the yacht's operational integrity. Candidates should possess a Chief Mate 3000GT certificate, and experience in diving is advantageous. The position offers a favorable work/life balance, with the owner's usage of the yacht being moderate. Standard MLC leave applies, and a B1/B2 visa is mandatory.
