Compensation: $5,250–6,500/month (DOE)
Leave: 38 Days Annually (pro-rated for the contract period)
Eligibility: U.S. Passport or Green Card holders only

We are seeking an experienced and confident Chase Boat Captain to join a 40-meter new build motor yacht on a temporary contract running from November 20th through approximately mid-January 2026. The Chase Boat Captain will command a brand-new 37ft Axopar supporting both private use and at least one confirmed New Years charter.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled U.S.-based mariner looking for an immediate temporary role, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full command of the 37ft Axopar chase tender
- Navigation, fueling, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the vessel
- Guest support: transfers, watersports, and coordination with the mothership
Required Qualifications:
- Yachtmaster Offshore – 200GT
- STCW Basic Training (valid)
- ENG1 Medical Certificate (in date)
- VPDSD (VI/6-2 Security Duties Certificate)
- Strong tender handling skills, especially in chase/support vessel operations
- Must hold a U.S. Passport or U.S. Green Card (essential due to U.S. tax crew compliance)
- Professional, adaptable, and confident working independently
