Looking for a keen 3rd stew for our busy Caribbean season!
The offer is $3,000 per month with 13th-month bonus. 90 days leave per year (3:1), 3 round-trip repatriation flights per year.
Must be able to start by December 1st, can start sooner if available.
The interior department runs with 3; Chief Stew, Second, & Third. The role will be primarily HK, Laundry, & Crew mess duties. Will have opportunities to help with cocktail hours & table settings. Must be ready to learn quickly and take direction well.
We are currently located in Miami and will be departing for St. Barths mid-December. The plan is to stay in the Caribbean through February - destinations TBC.
We have large Art Basel events in Miami first weekend of December, so must be ready to hit the ground running!
We will have two - three boss trips during the winter season (approx. 9 guests). The St. Barths trip is about 2.5 weeks, and the February/ March trips are usually around 10 days.
The boss has a lovable large dog that joins, so you MUST like big dogs :)
Miami is home base, so US/ Greencard or B1/B2 is essential. A Schengen visa if necessary, would be highly advantageous.
Currently, the plan is to head to the Med for the summer season.
We are in the process of rebuilding our crew for the busy winter season. In Miami, we dock next to a gym and the crew enjoys being active & healthy. When we travel, we love to explore all of the new destinations together.
