We are seeking a skilled Deck/Engineer for a temporary position on a 37m motor yacht currently located in Martinique. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel's deck operations and engineering systems, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the cruising itinerary including a new year charter already booked. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.

• ENG 1
• AEC
• Yacht rating/ EDH / YMO

Start date: 20th November 2025

End date: Early January 2026

Salary: DOE

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
