Summary
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Officer for a privately owned 60m motor yacht based in Egypt.
In this permanent position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Captain and ensuring the safety and efficiency of vessel operations. We will consider applicants also stepping up to 2nd Officer also.
Key responsibilities include navigating the yacht throughout the Mediterranean Sea, assisting with watchkeeping duties, and maintaining safety equipment.
You will be involved in managing deck operations and supporting the crew in various tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential, as you will collaborate closely with a crew of 16.
Must be conversant with the paperwork aspect of the position.
