Summary
We are looking for a Lead Deckhand for a 90m+ Private/Charter S/Y.
-Rotational position (3:1) to start in December in the Med.
-Itinerary: Winter in the Caribbean and Summer the Mediterranean.
-The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 seasons experience.
-YM Offshore is preferable and PBL2 is essential.
-Sailing experience is not mandatory, but interest and enthusiasm for sailing is a must.
-Strong tender driving and water sports skills are needed for this role.
-Additional skills such as divemaster, DJ, croupier, videography/media, drone etc are advantageous.
-Total of 38 mixed nationality crew on board.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non smoking vessel and no visible tattoos.
-B1/B2, Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book is essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
