ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 65M+
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Stewardess to join a 65m+ dual-season private motor yacht with a long-standing, family-oriented program and an adventurous cruising schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone organised, professional, and personable, who thrives in a dynamic yet supportive onboard culture.
The role:
- Lead an interior team of six, overseeing two stews and working closely with the Captain and owners to maintain seamless guest service
- Private, family-focused program with appreciative owners who genuinely value their crew
- The vessel is currently in Florida, so candidates must hold a valid B1 visa
- Start: Immediate - you’ll join now for a busy first month with a few owner trips before rotating off for Christmas (the returning Chief Stew resumes on 11 December)
- Exciting dual-season cruising with a history of visiting Alaska, Norway, and Scotland.
What we’re looking for:
- At least a year's experience as Chief Stew on a 50m+
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Hardworking, organised, and drama-free with natural charisma and professionalism
- A positive, proactive leader who enjoys mentoring and fostering a strong interior team
