ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 75M
We’re seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a 75m private/charter motor yacht with a warm, family-style atmosphere and an exciting world-cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional leader who thrives in a dynamic, dual-season program and enjoys running a high-functioning, positive interior team.
- Winter: St Barths & Caribbean
- Summer 2026: French Polynesia / Tahiti
- Potential travel to Florida, Mexico, Costa Rica in between seasons
The role:
- Oversee a large interior department of nine within a crew of twenty-four
- Private/charter program – primarily boss trips with occasional charters
- Mix of family, friends, and colleagues onboard
- Manage service standards, guest experience, inventories, and team development
- Start date: Late November/early Dec
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Chief Stew experience on similar-sized vessels (65m+)
- Confident in leading and motivating a large interior team
- Strong service, organisational, and administrative skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and crew management style
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Warm, professional personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
