STEWARDESS 75M
We’re seeking a bright, enthusiastic Stewardess to join a 75m private/charter motor yacht with a warm, family-style atmosphere and an exciting upcoming itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a season or more of experience who’s eager to learn and grow within a large, professional interior team.
Exciting itinerary:
- Winter: St Barths & Caribbean
- Summer 2026: French Polynesia / Tahiti
- And potential for additional trips to Florida, Costa Rica, Mexico
The role:
- Rotate between housekeeping and service during guest trips
- Interior team of nine, crew of twenty-four
- Dual-season private/charter program – more boss trips than charters
- A mix of family, friends, and colleagues onboard
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum one season’s experience in yachting (no green candidates)
- Confident, positive, and eager to learn from a strong interior leadership team
- Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- B1/B2 visa in hand
What’s on offer:
- Salary: $3,000–$3,500 USD DOE + 13th-month salary, and a flexible training package
- Leave: 60 days leave, 2 return flights per year
