We are seeking an experienced, highly capable 500GT Captain to take the helm of an extremely busy, well-established Caribbean charter yacht. This is a hands-on, high-energy program for a captain who thrives in charter operations, leads from the front, and takes pride in running a tight, guest-focused vessel.
The yacht is fully booked for the Caribbean season, with a strong watersports component and an active owner/charter profile. This is not a delivery or low-use program—charter experience is absolutely essential.
Key Requirements
- Valid 500GT Captain’s License (or higher)
- Proven Caribbean charter experience (non-negotiable)
- Currently located in South Florida and available to start immediately
- Strong local knowledge of Caribbean cruising grounds, anchorages, ports, and seasonal itineraries
- Watersports-focused mindset—toys, guest activities, and outdoor programming are central to the experience
- Fit, active, and energetic—comfortable leading a physically demanding charter program
- Excellent leadership, crew management, and charter etiquette
- Calm, decisive, and professional under pressure
