Looking for an experienced Captain with good longevity for a 40m M/Y private / charter based in West Palm Beach.
Start: November 2025
Itinerary: USA / Bahamas
Package: Salary in USD / 45 days leave
Experience/Skills required:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Captain on board 30m+ yachts
- Minimum 2 years’ longevity as Captain on board
- Strong engineering skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Dynamic, energetic, and able to lead by example with a positive attitude
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills
- Strong administration and accounting capabilities
Qualifications required:
- Master 350 minimum
- B1B2 ESSENTIAL
- STCW (fully updated)
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
