Experienced Stewardess – 68M Private Yacht (Private / Dual Season)
We are looking for a mature, experienced all-rounder Stewardess to join our team on a 68m Private Yacht.
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Currently in Europe
Contract: Permanent – Dual Season
Itinerary: Caribbean (mid-December departure) for a 2.5-month boss trip, returning to Europe for the summer season
About the Program:
This is a family-oriented, relaxed but well-structured private program, ideal for a stewardess who enjoys a stable and positive onboard environment. The owner values professionalism, discretion, and friendly service.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit multinational crew, several of whom have been onboard for over 2 years since the yacht’s purchase.
Interior Team:
- Interior of 6 – rotating between service, housekeeping, and daily duties
- Collaborative, supportive interior team with great longevity
- Occasional assistance in laundry when the laundryman is on leave
Service Experience Required:
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in formal and informal service on yachts of a similar size. You should be confident with:
- Silver service, plated, family-style, and buffet setups
- Cocktail and wine service – good basic knowledge of wine and spirits
- Table setting and decorations to a high standard
- Guest interaction with a calm, polished, and professional demeanor
- Understanding guest preferences and anticipating needs
Housekeeping Experience Required:
Strong housekeeping standards are essential. The ideal candidate should be experienced in:
- Cabin detailing, turn-downs, and daily guest area upkeep
- Laundry handling – fine fabrics, pressing, stain removal, wardrobe care
- Flower arrangements and general interior presentation
- Inventory management and maintaining cleaning routines to a high standard
- Working efficiently with discretion and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as Stewardess on yachts 50m+
- Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa
- STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2 (up to date)
- Driver’s License
- Currently based in Europe
- Available immediately
