90m Private motor yacht are looking for a rotational Chief officer to join them within the next 3-4 weeks ready for a hand over and to hit the ground running!

We are looking for an experienced Second/First officer ready to step up or a solid Chief Officer with experience.
Must hold CM 3000 as a minimum. Chief Mate unlimited advantageous.
Vessel currently in the SoF. Sea time is not big on this vessel so please do not apply if sea time is important.
Must be a strong leader and able to motivate the team during quiet periods. Strong emphasis on all crew morale onboard.
Lovely team and longstanding Captains onboard.
Package includes a salary disclosed at interview stages, time for time rotation, economy flights, full medical & single cabin.
· Start date to be around the 26th / 28th November 2025 to ensure a full handover.
