- 18–24 months proven yachting experience
- Solid Longevity
- Yachtmaster Offshore
- PWC / PWCI Instructor – highly advantageous (for watersports)
- B1/B2 visa in hand (essential)
- Confident in general deck maintenance and tender operations
Package
- Salary: €3,600 per month
- Rotation: 3:1
- 13th-month discretionary bonus
- Training allowance: Up to €3,000 after 6 months (Captain’s discretion)
- Annual salary review (discretionary)
