Itinerary: Departing for the Caribbean around end of November.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Deckhand to join a 57m commercial charter motor yacht. The vessel operates a busy dual-season program with a strong charter schedule — currently two Caribbean charters booked and owner trips planned.
This is a well-run vessel with excellent longevity among crew, offering a great working environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in deck operations, maintenance, and tender driving, and possess strong leadership qualities to assist the Bosun and Deck Team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience on vessels of similar size
- Strong tender driving skills
- Proven longevity and professionalism in previous roles
- Holds the following valid certificates:
- Yachtmaster
- Yacht Rating
- STCW
- ENG1 / Seafarers Medical
