Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Captain for a 45m Private Motor Yacht
Start Date: Before end of 2025
Salary: DOE
Leave: 60 days annually
Qualifications:
- Master 500GT CoC or higher
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Schengen visa required
Requirements:
- Solid operational experience in the Mediterranean
- Previous cruising experience in Greece and Turkey preferred
- Proven leadership and strong crew management skills
- Excellent knowledge of yacht operations and maintenance
- Familiarity with onboard management and accounting systems beneficial
