The ideal candidate will possess exceptional service skills across all styles, from formal silver service to relaxed buffet settings. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology, coupled with proven leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, along with a calm, positive, and friendly demeanor. Creativity and attention to detail are key, bringing a genuine ‘wow factor’ to the guest experience. As this is a guest-facing role, professionalism is paramount. Prior charter experience is required.Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
