Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Purser / Chief Stew to join a world traveling M/Y with a slower pace program. The successful candidate will oversee the interior department, managing a team of three while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, along with a calm, mature, and trustworthy demeanor. The position has a heavy administrative focus, including accounts and budget management, as well as coordination of concierge services. The Purser / Chief Stew will work closely with the Captain, communicate directly with the Owner, and be expected to problem solve effectively, even in remote locations. A positive attitude, adaptability to itinerary changes, and the ability to manage long hours are essential. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
