We are seeking a Chief Officer for a 43m private, single-season commercial luxury motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean. Mainly France and Italy
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: MCA OOW 500
Newly qualified OOWs will be considered if they demonstrate the right attitude and experience
5+ years’ yachting experience, with solid references
Strong leadership and communication skills — managing 2 deck crew
Some understanding of Mini ISM / ISM procedures
Excellent deck maintenance, navigation, and tender-handling skills
Fluent English required

Start: Mid Jan 2026
Itinerary: Mediterranean (single-season Private/Charter cruising)
Contract: Permanent, STD MLC contract
Package: Salary DOE + standard benefits
