Location: US East Coast
Start date: ASAP
Itinerary: Local to the US east Coast, Bahamas.
License: Y4 preferred, can consider candidates with AEC 1&2 but only with excellent engineering background.
Requirements: Benetti experience is a plus.
- STCW + Refresher as needed (min. 6 months validity)
- medical fit for duty/ ENG 1 (min. 6 months validity)

Job specifics: They need to be competent in the ER. Looking for someone that keeps the systems well maintained. Good with keeping records and notes. Candidate should be well qualified with experience in Benetti boats a plus. Mature, self-starter.
Will be required to assist on deck when needed with lines, tenders, setup etc.
Vessel charters until the new year then boss aboard until mid may. There are already 4 charters confirmed for the rest of 2025. Around 10 charters per year.
Owners are super relaxed. They encourage the crew to take part in all activities such as fishing and diving and want them to feel part of the family.
Fishing and diving program.
9 crew in total.
Cabin arrangements: Shared cabin with Fishing guide when onboard for 4 month of the year otherwise own cabin.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. Standard 38 days paid leave. Additional time off when allowed.
