Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Deckhand to join a 68-meter new build motor yacht now based in Italy. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience on yachts measuring 50 meters or larger, with strong tender driving skills and up-to-date STCW, ENG1, and relevant deck certificates. As part of a 14-member crew, you will be responsible for maintaining deck operations, assisting with mooring and anchoring, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the exterior areas of the yacht. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience on board.
