Summary
We are seeking a Deckhand to join our duel season charter, 55-meter motor yacht currently based in Barcelona whilst undergoing maintenance and special survey, with a permanent position available among a crew of 13. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel’s cleanliness, operational readiness, assisting with mooring and navigating, and supporting the crew in various deck operations both on and off charter.
It is essential that we take on a candidate with experience working on a busy vessel, we do not sit around in port all year round, we have a great reputation as a charter yacht in the industry and this means we book up charters and have busy charter seasons.
You should have great jet tender driving skills and be the kind of tender driver who is always situationally aware, good amount of watersports experience which means you will be very familiar with Seabobs, jetskis, Efoils and taking guests out to do wakeboarding or waterskiing and towable toys. Beach setups are common practice for us so it would be beneficial if you have experience with this.

Navigational Watch rating / ideally you would hold your Yacht master OS
PDSD
B1/B2 Visa with over 1 year validity
Valid STCW and ENG1
Seamans Discharge Book
We have a very nice energetic crew who are into keeping fit, you must be respectful and in general a good clean crew member, no show-offs, or crew who come with any kind of attitude other than a good one.
You must be willing to conduct a drug test
