Chief Stewardess – 150’ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
A 150’ private/charter motor yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to lead a professional interior team. The ideal candidate is energetic, polished, and naturally warm — someone who thrives in hospitality and creates a welcoming environment for both guests and crew. This is a dual private and charter program requiring flexibility, leadership, and top-tier service standards.

• Itinerary: Caribbean & U.S. East Coast
• Program: Private and Charter
• Full-time, live-aboard position
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Chief Stew or strong 2nd Stew ready to step up (130’–160’ range)
• Valid B1/B2 visa
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent service background (silver service, mixology, wine knowledge, event planning)
• Confident in guest interaction, team management, and interior presentation
• Positive, energetic personality with attention to detail and strong communication
