Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 100’+ private yacht operated by a high-net-worth family with an established, well-run program. This is a full-time position for a polished, hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and discretion.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of proven experience on yachts 100ft+, a strong background in five-star hospitality, and thrives in a private, family-oriented environment. Candidates with prior experience working in private family programs or estate/yacht hybrid settings will be highly regarded. The role is primarily yacht-based — live-aboard during charters and trips, and live-out when the vessel is docked in Miami.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Chief Stewardess is an integral member of the yacht’s interior team, reporting directly to the Captain and collaborating closely with the rest of the crew to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee all aspects of interior management, guest service, provisioning, and organization, ensuring the vessel consistently meets the family’s exacting standards.
The yacht primarily operates in South Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, with typical itineraries including day trips, overnight excursions, and occasional extended charters of up to one to two weeks. There is also potential for seasonal travel to the Northeast during the Miami off-season.
While the focus of this role is onboard service and operations, there may be occasional light estate coordination when the yacht is docked locally.

- Valid STCW certification highly preferred; training provided as needed
- Flexible for live-aboard during trips and live-out arrangements when docked
