Contract: SEA Contract | Excellent Salary | 38 Days Leave Per Year | Visa Arranged | 1 Flight per Annum
We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Deckhand / Kitesurf Instructor to join a private family yacht. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves the ocean, enjoys an active lifestyle, and thrives in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.
The yacht serves as the family’s second home and is often used for kitesurfing trips, family holidays, and occasional business use, so you’ll be involved in both deck operations and watersports activities. Candidates with proven kitesurfing experience or instructor-level ability will be given strong preference.
Your main focus will be supporting deck operations, maintaining watersports equipment, and assisting the family and guests during kitesurfing sessions. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional, and active crew and a wonderful, sporty family who value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
