Summary

Male or female chef wanted for family of 4 (two adults, two children 8,10).

Permanent position.

Working 5 days a week with the odd Saturday lunch.

The family likes to keep to an eating schedule of lunch at 13.00 and dinner between 18.30-19.00.

Two courses are to be served for lunch and dinner. Dessert sometimes, but it's a treat. 

Some lunches will be out.

Preparing lunch and dinner.

The family likes Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.

Lots of fresh vegetables and fish. Red meats are limited to 3 times per week. 

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped.

The kitchen should be left clean and tidy after all services.

The chef is not required to travel when the principal goes away on short trips.

The chef is not required to cook for the other house staff.

A car is supplied for shopping and weekend use.

Accommodation is in an apartment located 100m from the principal's apartment. The apartment is well located and modern, with all furnishings.

The candidate should be able to show longevity in similar positions and have at least 10 years working as a chef.

Annual leave is 45 days per year + public holidays.

Only EU passport holders will be considered

Salary is €8000 per month
