Requirements: 

We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer for a 55+m Private New Build MY.

The role involves supporting the Captain with daily operations and bridge duties, leading and mentoring the deck team, overseeing safety drills and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all ISM and ISPS procedures. A hands-on attitude, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Candidates should be based in the EU or nearby.

Fluent English is a must.

Other: Male due to cabin arrangement

Salary range: €6500 (increases to €7000 after 3 months)

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000gt
