Temporary Deckhand – 62m Motor Yacht

Contract: Temporary (approx. 1–3 months, potential extension)
About the Yacht:
The vessel is currently for sale and wintering in the Mediterranean, maintaining a high standard of presentation and readiness for viewings. Quiet guest program but an active schedule of detailing, maintenance, and shipyard prep over the winter period. Would suit someone green who wants to get a foot in the door. Open to both male and female candidates.
Duties include:
- Exterior maintenance (wash downs, polishing, teak care, paint touch-ups)
- Assisting with winter maintenance tasks and yard preparation
- Support during viewings and broker inspections
- Tender & PWC maintenance and basic operations
- Line handling and deck duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Yacht rating certificate or equivalent experience
- Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation
- Positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
- Must already be based in or available to travel to the Mediterranean
Package:
- Salary: €3,000 + DOE
- Duration: 1–3 months (with potential extension)
