About the Yacht:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Mate for a 50m North European-built motor yacht.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Chief Mate Yachts 3000gt CoC or Commercial Equivalent Certificate of Competency (minimum requirement).
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as Chief Mate on a similar-sized yacht.
- Valid STCW certificates
- ENG1 Medical Certificate (valid and unrestricted).
- B1/B2 Visa (for non-US residents)
- Strong technical knowledge of modern yacht systems, including planned maintenance systems and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in maintaining Deck budgets
- Must adhere to a true non-smoking policy (this is a non-smoking program).
