Summary

A well-run, family-owned 66m PRIVATE MY with a fantastic reputation and long-standing senior crew is seeking a FEMALE deckhand with minimum 1 years experience to join the team at the beginning of November.

The yacht maintains a dynamic and adventurous cruising schedule, with previous itineraries including Canada, New England, the Mediterranean, Alaska, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual to join a supportive team on a vessel that values longevity, crew development, and a healthy onboard culture.


ESSENTIAL (applications without, will not be considered)

  • Candidates MUST hold a valid B1 Visa or be a US passport holder (due to our itinerary).
  • All basic Certs should be up to date (ENG1/STCW).
  • Candidate must hold YACHTMASTER and have previous tender driving experience

Ideal Candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of how a professional deck team operates
  • Hands-on, proactive work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Be ready to hit the ground running and integrate smoothly into an established team of six on deck (including the Chief Officer)
  • Watersports & Diving Experience - beneficial and experience in these areas is a plus
  • Possess a good sense of humour, teamwork mentality, and an eagerness to learn and contribute
  • Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining the vessel to the highest standard
