Superyacht Deckhand Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and skilled Deckhand to join a large, professional, and dynamic deck department this autumn on a prominent superyacht. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career as the Mediterranean season concludes.
Key Requirements
Availability: Must be able to join the vessel by October 31st.
Experience: Two seasons of professional Deckhand experience on yachts over 60 meters is preferred.
Certification: Basic STCW 95 + ENG1 + PBLII. Holding a Nav Watch Rating (STCW II/4 - Deck Rating as Part of a Navigational Watch) is preferred.
Aptitude: Must have a strong, hands-on work ethic and a proactive approach to all deck operations, including maintenance and detailing.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and possess a service-oriented mindset.
Passport/Visa: Non-U.S./Canadian citizens must hold a valid B1/B2 visa prior to joining due to the yacht's itinerary.
