Summary
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a 50m Perini Navi sailing yacht currently based in Palma de Mallorca. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sailor who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional but easy-going crew.
The program is private only, predominantly Mediterranean cruising, and the crew enjoy a solid mix of sailing and maintenance time.
Requirements
- Yachtmaster Offshore – required
- Previous experience on large sailing yachts (40m+ ideal)
- Strong sailing background and good line-handling skills
- Confident with exterior maintenance – teak, varnish, washdowns, etc.
- Comfortable working aloft and assisting with rigging
- Small dinghy or multihull experience a big bonus – we carry a 16ft Dart onboard
- STCW, ENG1, and standard yacht qualifications up to date
- Positive attitude, team player, and keen to learn
