The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Stew/Masseuse to join a 73M Private and Charter yacht. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic individual with either green status and a strong background in massage and Pilates, or 6 months to 1 year of prior yacht experience looking to step up onto a larger vessel. Beauty therapy skills would be a bonus. The role requires someone with a positive attitude, confidence in guest interaction, and the ability to integrate quickly into a hardworking interior team. The successful candidate will rotate between stewardess duties and providing massage treatments, and must be happy to assist across housekeeping, laundry, and service as required. The owners value crew with energy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, and they are open to training the right person if they demonstrate the right personality and potential.
