Seeking a Lead Deckhand for an active and great program
Ideally looking for candidates that are currently located in the USA for in person interviews and trail period
Start: Immediately
Location: West Palm Beach/Caribbean winter
Package: $3,500+, 38 Days Leave, Full Medical on-board
Skills:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deckhand with lead or Senior management on 50m + M/Y or S/Y
Excellent attention to detail with all exterior duties
Confident with all line handling and docking procedures
Tender driving experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Charter experience a plus
Qualifications:
STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
Yacht Master Essential
Valid B1/B2 Visa Essential
Male or Female candidates may apply
