Summary
Chef needed for 144' private motor yacht. This is a full-time position. We are seeking male applicants due to cabin arrangements. Great opportunity to join a healthy, drama-free, and tight knit crew of eight.
- Must be well rounded with strong culinary skills. A culinary school graduate would be great but not required.
- Baking experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Rational oven is highly preferred.
- Flexable and adaptable to changing owner and guest's needs.
- Team player - easygoing and drama-free.

- Fluent English is a must.
Current chef has been aboard three years and heading home to be close to family.
Current crew is active, health-conscious, and enjoys a very positive onboard environment. We are looking for someone who will blend in well with this culture. This is not a party program.
We are currently in Caribbean and will be transiting the Panama Canal in early December. Itinerary is Costa Rica and Mexico over the winter and possibly to Alaska for next summer.
This is not an overly busy program but when owner and guests are aboard it is full on. 2–3-week trips are the norm with revolving guests during that time. Usually, a month or more between trips so lots of time for crew to recoup and recharge.

$8000/month salary
3.17 days paid leave per month
Crew added to health insurance after three months.
