Summary
A 57m Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand to join the team from the 1st of November.
The ideal candidate will hold the following certifications:
STCW
ENG1
Yachtmaster Offshore
PDSD
B1/B2 Visa
Candidates should have 2–3 years of yachting experience on vessels of a similar size, with a strong background in charter/boss operations.
This is a busy, high-energy program that requires a confident, motivated, and hands-on Lead Deckhand. Large tender driving experience is essential, along with proven longevity and a positive, team-focused attitude.

3:1 month rotation
The start location will be in Italy, to finish off a yard period before crossing to the Caribbean mid November for a boss trip and charters before heading onto Panama and Costa Rica. Fishing experience is preferred but not essential.
