Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a fantastic private dual-season sailing yacht.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a hands-on sailor to join an active program — the family love to sail and have plenty of exciting trips planned! The yacht will cross to the Caribbean in December, with future cruising in North Europe and the Mediterranean for summer 2026.
Requirements:
- Yachtmaster Offshore (YMO) in hand
- Minimum 1 year of strong sailing experience
- B1/B2 visa required
- Available to start ASAP
Package:
- Salary: $3,200 USD with a raise after 3 months
- Leave: 38 days
